Keith recently retired from IBM where he was a Certified IT Consultant. He is also ITIL and Lean IT certified.   Keith has over 35 years’ experience in managing and improving the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of IT service delivery for commercial IT vendors as well as the internal IT organizations of well-known private and public sector companies.

While at IBM, Keith developed and taught the methods used by our Global consultants for IT Management Strategy and Design.
